Order Processing

Orders are processed on business days only, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been confirmed and payment has been verified, it will be prepared for dispatch.

Customers will receive notification when their order has been shipped or is ready for collection.

Shipping Methods

We offer delivery and collection options through selected carriers and pickup locations. Available shipping methods and fees will be displayed at checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, including the correct Knutsford Express branch, Zipmail location, or delivery address where applicable.

Delivery Timeframes

Orders are dispatched twice weekly on business days only. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on courier schedules, weather conditions, public holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, Inspired Creations JG cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

Lost, Delayed, or Undelivered Packages

Once an order has been dispatched to the selected courier or delivery service, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier. However, we will assist customers in tracking shipments and resolving delivery issues where possible.

Inspired Creations JG is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, incorrect addresses provided by customers, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Collection

Customers selecting pickup services must collect their orders within the timeframe specified by the carrier or pickup location. Any fees associated with collection are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
