Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or order cancellations once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and should include clear photographs of the item and your order number.

Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled, modified or refunded once they have been placed, as processing begins immediately after an order is received.
Refunds
Refunds are not offered unless an item is confirmed to be defective, damaged upon arrival, or the incorrect item was sent. If approved, a replacement or suitable resolution will be provided at our discretion.
