1. How can I place an order?

Simply browse our products, add your desired items to your cart and complete the checkout process. Once your payment is confirmed, your order will be processed.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept online payments only. Orders are processed after payment has been successfully received.

3. How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed promptly and deliveries are dispatched on Monday and Thursdays. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the selected delivery method.

4. What delivery options are available?

We offer:

  •  Knutsford Express – Customers pay the $700 JMD pickup fee directly at their selected Knutsford Express branch upon collection.
  • Zipmail (Jamaica Post) – A $500 JMD postal fee is included in the checkout total.
  • Montego Bay Pickup – Free pickup is available at Harbour City, Montego Bay. Pickup arrangements will be confirmed after your order is placed.

5. Can I cancel or change my order?

Once an order has been placed and payment has been received, it immediately enters our processing system. As a result, cancellations and order changes cannot be guaranteed.

6. Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.

7. How will I know when my order is ready?

You will receive an email confirmation after your order is placed. If applicable, tracking or pickup details will be provided once your order has been dispatched or is ready for collection.

8. Are the PEP past papers created by Queens Assessment Booklets?

No. PEP past papers are produced by the Ministry of Education, Skills, Youth and Information. Queens Assessment Booklets independently prepares the answer keys, worked solutions, explanations, and supporting educational content included with our resources.
